Requesting a Quote or Service
When you call us, you'll always speak with a courteous team member, never a rude clerk in a call center who doesn't know anything about home or office furniture.
We understand how valuable your time is and strive to accommodate YOUR busy schedule, not ours. When calling to get a price quote or schedule service, please be prepared to provide the following to a team member so that they can respond to your inquiry as accurately as possible:
1. Manufacturer (i.e. Ikea, Herman Miller)2. Type of Item (i.e. 4-drawer Malm chest) and Model # 3. When you would like your appointment 4. Where you are located.Additional Fees and Minimum Charges
For residential or retail jobs outside of our standard coverage area (60 radius from our offices in Irvine, CA), a $10 trip charge may apply.
There is a $60 minimum on all in-home furniture assembly jobs and a $75 minimum on all office assembly jobs.

Pricing
All assembly projects are priced by the piece/job, not by the hour and there are no hidden fees. The price we quote over the phone or email is the price you pay. Period.
Placement of Items
For Residential Assembly projects, please have your item(s) to be assembled placed where the assembly is to take place prior to the arrival of the OCFA assembler. You are responsible for having large item(s) moved to the proper location.
